Annual dues are billed at the beginning of the calendar year and used to support the commons areas & the park which is a recreation area for residents & others. Our park is aesthetically pleasing and an attraction to prospective home buyers. The dues are used for upkeep of the park, such as mowing & fertilizing, tree maintenance and removal, ditch maintenance and cleaning, fence construction and repair, tree planting, irrigation, liability insurance and general business functions. The membership votes on the budget and sets the dues at the annual meeting held in June for the following calendar year. The dues notice will reflect the amount to be paid for the year.
